Role Description

We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive with a strong background in SaaS software solutions, services, and product licensing to join our team. This role involves selling our comprehensive range of cybersecurity products and services to clients. The ideal candidate will excel in identifying and closing sales opportunities for leading solutions in the Identity Management (IAM), Identity Governance (IGA), and Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) domains. As a Sales Executive at CredenceIA, you will develop and leverage your deep understanding of cybersecurity to drive sales and expand our client base. The position offers the flexibility of remote work and the opportunity to earn significant commissions based on your sales performance. Successful candidates will be self-motivated, comfortable working independently with minimal supervision, and passionate about IT services and cybersecurity.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Developing a robust and actionable sales strategy will be at the core of your responsibilities. You will engage in a variety of activities, including researching and profiling potential accounts, as well as proactive prospecting. A key aspect of your role will involve cultivating and nurturing customer relationships to establish our brand as a trusted partner.

  • Lead Generation:Proactively identify and reach out to potential clients who need information security solutions.

  • Sales Outreach:Conduct calls, meetings, and presentations to demonstrate our services and customize solutions to address client needs.

  • Client Relationship Management:Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with clients to ensure high satisfaction and foster repeat business.

  • Market Research:Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to strategically position our offerings and address market demands.

  • Sales Targets:Consistently meet and exceed sales goals to enhance your earning potential.

  • Territory Development:Develop and manage your territory by creating and maintaining strategic accounts and building relationships that drive enterprise-wide service solutions.

  • Service Expertise:Acquire a deep understanding of our service capabilities and align them with client pain points and security challenges to build a robust and qualified sales pipeline.

  • Opportunity Identification:Identify and evaluate business opportunities, prospects, and their industry positioning.

  • Tailored Solutions:Utilize your experience to devise customized approaches that lead to successful cybersecurity solutions and Managed Cybersecurity Services opportunities.

 

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in IT services or information security.

  • Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.

  • Knowledge: Understanding of information security concepts, solutions, and industry best practices. Deep Experience with Cybersecurity Concepts with focus on Compliance, Zero Trust, Non-human Identity

  • Networking: Ability to pro-actively network, identify prospective buyers within organizations and ability to sell at multiple levels within an organization, including IT Executives

  • Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently, manage your schedule, and stay driven to achieve sales targets. You must be self-driven

  • Tech Savvy: Familiarity with IAM, IGA and GRC Concepts, CRM systems and sales tools.
